All our 45 programs in 15 different faculties are characterized by practice-oriented approach. Postgraduate programs are available for those who have obtained a specialist degree (five years of education) or a master degree, under a guidance of a research supervisor.
All start by completing a one year Russian Language Program. All foreign students are required to have certified Russian language proficiency when starting their studies. This language program is part of the pre-university preparatory course offered in either Engineering or Economics.

- Application fees: €100 non refundable.
- Bachelor Degrees: 4 years at €1200 / year (paid in 2 installments)
- Masters Degree: 2 years at €1300 / year (paid in 2 installments)
- Accommodation: €15 / month
- Insurance: €50 / year
- Work while study: authorized to works without a work permit, except for the preparatory language program year.

- Degree or diploma in English or Russian Language its official transcripts.
- Postgraduate program (Thesis) applicants must also submit their published scientific works or suggest subjects for their final degree thesis.
